Highly recommend!!

Dr. Cusack and the staff are great. My kids get excited when they hear they have an appointment coming up. The incentives for the kids to be responsible with their braces and to have good oral care are awesome.

2 of our 4 kids are current patients. We love this office, the staff are very friendly, treatment is great. Kids love the incentive program, always looking forward to a new survey, contest or way to earn points!!
